a. Products Eligible for Refund: Earndrop Prime subscriptions
b. Only purchases made by card are eligible for a refund
c. Valid Reasons for Refund: We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Product or service is defective or not as described
• The service remains completely unused, with no portion of it consumed or accessed, meaning:
  Users who have purchased a subscription and have not claimed any unclaimed airdrops are eligible for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to our standard refund policy.

d. Time Limit for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] . When requesting a refund, please include your email and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

No refund criteria

Cases where a refund will not be issued include, but are not limited to:
Users who have purchased a subscription and have used Earndrop's service to access the information about any unclaimed airdrops on their wallets will not be eligible for a refund.
